One-on-One Sensitivity Training for Executives & Managers

When a Key Person is involved in a potentially problematic incident — perhaps a complaint has been filed, or the organization has just become aware of some seemingly inappropriate behavior — addressing the situation requires a specialized approach.

This Key Person may be too valuable to terminate, or the behavior may be mild enough that some response other than termination is appropriate. We deliver best practices for correcting the problematic behavior and protecting your company from future liability.

We provide your Key Person with a proven process and appropriate forum to gain understanding of their behavior and the related personal and professional consequences. Participants emerge from the session ready to return to the workplace focused on applying what they have learned.

Organizations tell us the combination of skill-building and processing is exactly what their Key Person needed during this challenging time. Trainees report outstanding value received for themselves and their organization. See our client testimonials as documentation of the program’s success.

About One-on-One Sensitivity Training

While group workshops are valuable, some situations require a more personalized approach. One-on-one coaching allows participants to address specific workplace concerns in a private, supportive environment where meaningful change can occur.

Organizations often recommend executive or management coaching when an individual needs assistance with:

  • Workplace communication concerns
  • Leadership development
  • Conflict with employees or coworkers
  • Complaints related to interpersonal behavior
  • Improving emotional intelligence
  • Managing difficult conversations
  • Building stronger professional relationships
  • Developing greater self-awareness
  • Reinforcing respectful workplace expectations

The objective is not simply to address a single issue but to help leaders become more effective communicators and role models within their organization.

What Our Clients Say

We first reached out to DB Pargman Consulting to respond to a particular situation. Our exec came back from the One-on-One training so impressed that he insisted we bring DBP back to share the program with all of our executives and managers. Now all our executives and managers have gone through the program to dive deeper and help us be our BEST!

Damita Bank

We thought it was important to do some sensitivity training so we brought in DB Pargman Consulting. Our people LOVED the training and kept asking me when they could return! We do a lot of training and I can assure you that DBP is among the most popular and most requested trainers I have put in front of my people.

Katy Medical

I have had the opportunity to bring DBP into my company to respond to a particular incident. It’s not usually a popular subject, but this program was very well received. Since then I have referred DB Pargman to many of my colleagues and peers at other companies and I am always thanked for an outstanding referral.

Kevin Technology Company

It takes a certain set of skills and abilities to sit down across from a high ranking army officer and get a message across. DBP has done this for me on more than one occasion. They have an effective ability to convey information even to some regimented and resistant personalities.

. U.S. Military

I appreciated DB Pargman’s approach and perspective – they are about building skills in a non-punitive manner. I sent an important person to sensitivity training and he was resistant at first and did not want to go, but when he came back he was very grateful for the opportunity to learn and improve his professional skill set – he actually thanked me for the opportunity and recommended that others receive the training.
